1. General Information
Brisbane River Gutter Clean (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and gutter guard installation services throughout Brisbane’s Northside and Inner West.

2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are free and obligation-free.
Prices are based on information supplied by the client and/or satellite imagery; adjustments may apply upon site inspection if access or conditions differ.
Any additional work or variation will be quoted and approved by the client before proceeding.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Service Appointments
Bookings are scheduled within normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
While we aim to arrive within the scheduled time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather delays, safety risks) may require rescheduling.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone work if roof or site conditions are unsafe.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or approved electronic methods.
Late payments may incur administrative fees or interest in line with standard business practices.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
If a booking is postponed due to unsafe weather or roof conditions, we’ll reschedule at no additional charge.
6. Safety and Access
Our technicians are trained in height safety and are fully insured.
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the roof and surrounding areas.
We may refuse service if hazards are present (e.g. live electrical wiring, unstable roofs, or aggressive pets).
7. Liability and Warranty
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Brisbane River Gutter Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage or leaks.
We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by defective roofing materials, poor construction, or hidden faults.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days; if you’re unsatisfied, contact us promptly so we can rectify the issue.
8. Use of Website
You agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse any content from our website without written consent.
We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
